When I first started this company, my focus was on helping insurance agencies streamline their processes with Zapier automation—because I had seen firsthand how overwhelming it could be to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions manually. But as we grew, I realized that so many other industries needed this same level of automation, and that basic tools like Zapier were just the beginning.

Today, We Build Staxx has evolved into a full-scale automation and integration company, helping not just insurance agencies, but also consulting firms, realtors, med spas, and small business owners. We build custom integrations, API-powered workflows, and even AI-driven automation to help businesses scale without drowning in busy work.

With over 18 years in finance, sales, insurance, and B2B consulting, I’ve seen too many business owners stuck in the cycle of working harder instead of smarter. My passion is bridging the gap between technology and people who just want to get things done more efficiently. Whether it’s helping an insurance agent automate their CRM, partnering with a consultant to execute their automation strategies, or integrating a software company’s API so their customers get more value—I love seeing businesses unlock their full potential through automation.

Beyond business, I’m passionate about mentoring and uplifting others—especially women navigating careers in finance and tech. I know firsthand how overwhelming and lonely it can feel to break into these industries, and I believe in walking alongside others to show them what’s possible.

Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive recognition, including the 2021 Elite Insurance Business American Female Insurance Agent Award, but honestly? The biggest reward is seeing my clients finally have the time to focus on what matters most to them.
